  • I want to cancel my membership
     

    To cancel your recurring membership, please check your membership confirmation email for the cancellation link. If you cannot find your confirmation eMail, please
    cancel here or send your cancellation request by eMail here
     
    Please remember that the cancellation link is exclusively intended for *recurring* memberships. You don’t need to cancel your membership, if you have chosen a non-recurring billing option (please check this in your membership confirmation email). Non-recurring memberships will expire automatically at the end of your payment period.
     

  • Lost username / password

    Shortly after joining our site you received a confirmation email which contains your user name, your password and a direct link to cancel your membership. Please check your mail archive for an email sent from @member-cash.de or @inet-cash.de.
     
    Alternatively you can request your username and password by
    email. Please make sure you let us know the same email address which you used when joining our site, otherwise our system will not be able to locate your membership.
     

  • My login fails
     
    A failed authorization most likely indicates that your membership has expired or you have entered a wrong login name or password.
     
    Please consider that your payment period may have expired because you purchased a non-recurring membership, or you have cancelled your recurring membership from further rebillings, or an attempt to extend your recurring membership may have failed.
     
    Trouble Shooting Step by Step
     
    Step 1:
    Please check your membership confirmation email, to ensure your membership is still active.

    Step 2:
    Please remember that our login box is case sensitive (MALIBU is different to MalibU).

    Step 3:
    You need to enter your username exactly as entered when joining our site. Your username is corresponding to your email address which you used when joining our site.

    Step 4:
    Make sure that there are no blanks at the beginning or at the end of your username or password.

    Step 5:
    Please check your keyboard. Make sure that the CAPS LOCK is not switched on.

    Step 6:
    Please consider that our system automatically disables accounts that were used by numerous persons concurrently. The concurrent use of your login data violates our terms and conditions for the use of this site. If you think your account has been blocked for this reason, please send us an email.

    Step 7:
    If you still experience problems with your login, please
    send us an email.
